The band I play in, Justin WW & Even Tiles, was fortunate enough to get offered a spot on an Appleseed Cast show in Newport, Kentucky on the tour for their new album, Illumination Ritual. Though the Appleseed Cast has been around since 1997 and people have been telling me to listen to them for years, I only recently took the time to check them out. Immediately I wished I had taken the advice given to me years ago, because they have quickly become one of my favorite bands. I originally made this poster just to be an online flyer, but after a great response from people and the Appleseed Cast I decided to get a short run of them screen printed for the show.

Into It. Over It. is the one man band of a gentleman named Evan Weiss. After the release of his third full length album, PROPER, my band was fortunate enough to get to play a show with him while he was on tour.

The movie Hook, featuring Robin Williams, has always been one of my favorites, in fact I actually have a Hook pinball machine and a Hook tattoo. I made this poster featuring a quote from the movie just for fun and posted it on a few sites online. After a few weeks it had been shared widely on sites like Tumblr, Creattica, Abduzeedo, and a few other design inspiration sites. I thought while the poster’s popularity was growing that it would be a good opportunity to do something productive with it. I decided to get the poster’s screen printed, sell them online, and give all the proceeds to the Make a Wish Foundation. To date, 50 posters have been sold and over $1,000 has been raised for Make a Wish.
